My co-worker Aubrey loves his iPhone and its "Words with Friends" game app. Accordingly, I made him a birthday cake that followed suit. It's messy around the edges because I was very, VERY tired when I made it, but overall I think it came out pretty well.

I realized the other day that I've made a cake for every "significant" US holiday, including those I don't really celebrate ... except for St. Patrick's Day, which I obviously hold great affection for. Why would I not make a cake on my own birthday? No idea. But I've remedied that now!

I spent Halloween in San Francisco this year!

First of all, our two RHPS shows were AMAZING. Saturday we sold out, and on Friday we sold 250+ tickets. Best Halloween shows ever!
